Description
Leadership Fellows (LFs) support every first-year student in their leadership development by focusing on building practical skills, behaviors and strategies applicable in every area of their lives .
Duties
LFs serve as coaches and mentors for individual students throughout the year. They also play different roles during the course of the year. LFs serve as facilitators during the Learning Team Retreat and Big Idea. In the first semester they also serve as team process consultants to the learning teams. Throughout the year they work to build community within the cohort.

Applicants are assessed on the following criteria: leadership character, emotional intelligence, team development, communication, coaching, and diplomacy.

Leadership Fellows and Venture Fellows are mutually exclusive
