Leadership Fellows (LFs) support every first-year student in their leadership development by focusing on building practical skills, behaviors and strategies applicable in every area of their lives .
LFs serve as coaches and mentors for individual students throughout the year. They also play different roles during the course of the year. LFs serve as facilitators during the Learning Team Retreat and Big Idea. In the first semester they also serve as team process consultants to the learning teams.
