Actions
- Meet with your club advisor at the beginning of the academic year to discuss your club’s plans for the upcoming year
- Share your general plans for the year, including the types of events, programs, or activities your club may want to host. This doesn’t have to be a complete list, but a general overview of your plans for the year.
- Determine how often you will meet with your advisor throughout the year and establish a plan for ongoing communication.
- Meet with WGA at the beginning of the year to ensure you’re aware of the funding available to your club and any related processes, so there are no funding-related surprises later in the year.
- Review the MyWharton calendar regularly throughout the year to avoid scheduling conflicts with other club events and Office of Student Life programming.
- Continue checking in with your advisor as needed throughout the year, providing updates on your club’s programs and events, asking questions, and seeking assistance with accessing any resources your club may need on campus.
