Omnicom Fellows are second-year MBA students who work with Communication Instructors to help first-year MBAs in the required communication class. They help students improve in public speaking and persuasion during their core communication courses in the fall and spring semesters. Fellows are expected to attend all sessions of the course and to meet individually with each student prior to his or her final persuasive speech.

The number of Fellows varies each year, depending upon nominations from Communication instructors
Omnicom Fellows serve their entire second-year.
Nominations are made by Communication course instructors on a rolling basis, with recommendations/nominations in each academic quarter. Nominees are ask to write a brief essay that highlights their interest in the program and any relevant experience or accomplishments related to the course content. The nominee’s Communication instructor also submits a written recommendation documenting that the student offered constructive peer feedback in class. Successful nominees are screened for their excellence in speaking as well as their demonstrated abilities in providing peer feedback.
Potential Omnicom Fellows are encouraged to speak with a Communication instructor or a current Fellow to learn about the program
